    I’m not sure what’s happening to me in that picture but I would imagine that’s what I look like when I do knees to elbows. Graceful.
    Can’t remember my score this morning but had fun with Sarah and Jodi!
    Up to 15# on the pull-ups.

    Loved today’s wod. Worked on pull ups and my fear of heights. Did about 78# on each foot with the pullups. I am that bad ass.

    today was refreshing after yesterdays WOD lol. I don’t reamember my numbers at all but they’re on the board. pull ups were good, did a couple with just green, a few with green and red…2 points!

    I liked today’s WOD a lot. Struggled with the pull ups. I’m trying to move down the bands, but I seem to be stuck at blue. I had trouble getting three strict with just blue on the third round, so went to blue and purple for the last two rounds. Got 210 Rx for the second part, with mixed success on the double unders.
