    8:23 on the run, then 4 rounds plus 5 KB (35#). I beat my mile time from last week by 6 seconds. Last time we did this WOD, my mile time was 10:30, and I got 3 rounds, so I improved my run by two minutes and added a round.

    Rowed 2k in 7:48 then did 5 rounds. Yikes! I need to put together another nutrition challenge:)
