Great Work This weekend at the Masters Comp Robb!!! Robb stayed relaxed and had fun & had some top 5 finishes in in both the chest to bar pull ups and the 3:00 AMRAP wods. One of his highest finishes came in the 3:00 Thruster/Pull up with a score of over 3 Rounds! We are Proud of you, Way to go Robb!!!

    80# on snatch pulls
    90 singles instead of 30 doubles – 18:45. Slow overall time but happy with my running intervals!
