Nice getting after it Annmarie! Burpees done. I not going to do them right after i eat lunch ever again. 135 front squat 42 pushups.
Front squat-105- started at 15 but was feeling all bent over and whatnot:) 34 ring pushups – I think!

55# front squat for 1 round then 65#. Really need to spend some extra time working on these!! 12 ring dips. 32 burpees done

What’s a slackline?
85# rough on the shoulder, substituted really strict pullups for ring dips did 6 first two rounds then 5 last two rounds. Having an injury is rough. Make sure you all take the time to stretch and listen to your body.
