    If I remember correctly- 4:23, 4:25, 4:49, 4:34- I was experimenting with rowing on row 3- it did not work- obviously. Not my best- but still felt the burn!
    114- situps. Wait till Sarah does it- then that won’t seem that great!

    Thanks for pushing me through the end of those four pieces Mark (and for putting a rowing workout into the schedule), I came close to the target but still have a long way to go. And thanks for the food videos. I’m guessing I’m an 18 block person, does that sound right?
