CrossFit Open WOD 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

    I felt like we did something similar to this not too long ago…? Anyways I’m out at least two weeks kinda bummin I’m not gunna see how well I could have done in the open just as I peaking performance wise. Goodluck to everyone though I know burpees are a favorite!

    Well this wasn’t the wod I wanted right out of the gate with a shoulder injury but stuck it out and ended with
    129 Rx.
    Nice work today everyone…and best of luck for those of you doing it on Sunday. Unfortunately my shoulder is not going to allow me to do it again. Oh well, four other wods left to crush!

    107 RX. (only 7 rep with 135#)

    *Plus 10 snatch reps with 115#. That 75# to 135# jump was big, especially since 135# was my previous 1rm.

    Like Mason said you can submit more than one score and the highest one you get is the official score.
    Yes 9am is the time on Sunday!

    I was so wiped out I couldn’t think when I wrote my time on the board(131). Later I recalled I did 90 burpees, 61 snatches for 151, #100 snatches are about my top end!

    105 RX. That jump from 75 to 135 is ridiculous. I was happy considering 135 is my 1 rep max and I did it 5 times. Good job to Ash.
