    19+5+10 My Pr is 20+ But I got a great WOD with the huge 9:30 group! We worked in the strength room. Everyone is crushing it today!

    10 plus 6 Rx’d. Huge PR for me. Also linked 5 pull-ups together for the first time ever! I think it was cuz of the phenomenal coaching by the amazing Jenn Benn!! Soooo happy to be coming back to C3:)

    11 rounds not so great push-ups. I’m not calling it RX because I was having trouble keeping form. I did get a great workout and my fat was definetly crying. Pull-ups and squats felt great!
