    8:30 looked like they were crushing it. Great job 9:30!

    22:41 about a 50 second pr from last time and last time I used 85# and this time I rx’ed the weight. I agree, the push ups were killer! I thought I’d fly through the sit ups but yeah, that didn’t happen so much lol. Great job Erin!

    19:14. About a minute slower then last time. Worked out next to heather so talking/laughing through the entire push-ups made it a very enjoyable wod.

    34:05 Rx except for push ups–did 15 strict push ups and then the rest on a box. So excited I got 100 double unders even though it took me forever!

    Felt really good on the deadlifts. Like last time, the pushups were the hardest – broke them into sets of 20-20-15-10… with sets of 5s at the end.

    Still can’t forgive JenBen for taking her motivation and more importantly her music, to the other workout area. Loud music makes WODs much more tolerable.

    Mark — tell new-guy coach to get a portable speaker for iPod/iPhone music!
