    Struggled today with only #45. My left leg, the one that fell though the dock, is my Achilles heel. Didn’t finish, and was near tears, but really appreciate Mason’s encouragement. You are a great coach, Mason.

    8:20 rx dropped twice did front squats. Tough keeping those elbows up.
