    530 is my wish.
    I would just like to also say I think us early people NEED the class because its the ONLY time we can WOD, not because we want to:)well thats me anyway!I would prefer to WOD at 630am..but I cant!
    Anyway. That is all I have to say.

    I’m still voting for a 5:30…not cuz I really want to get up at the crack of dawn, but more because it will mean I can actually wod AND shower before work! My coworkers will thank you 😉

    I got 26:22. rowed 1000, brought my knees up to right under my chest-ish. endurance isn’t my strong suit but I did it!

    Aw, thanks Tom:) 26 something was my time BUT I did it RX’d AND I hit every one of those torturous k2e’s, which is a definite PR. Thanks to the 3:30 class for cheering me through that last set!!!!
