I did 50 push ups and the rest rx 14:13 my back is still not 100% but sweating felt good!

so wow 33:45 – however, as bad as I wanted to half ass it and do 50 of EVERYTHING, I didn’t. towards the last 25 pushups I did them on a box, did 60 kb swings at 35#, 40 at 18#. I’m just glad it’s over. Thank you so much to Jon Miles for counting sit ups with me and staying outside with me during the lunges! Helped a lot!
22:53. I went lighter on the Kb weight then the prescribed weight…..otherwise I would have rx’d this wod. Next time.

hi,great workout, just coming back, 50 pushups, rx the rest 20:50 not best time but going to get better, after all my goal is to come and participate and finish ,and i am doing that, love it!!! feeling great!!
great workout, just set up on blog, happy to be back in action, i feel giving the best to get stronger and keep on going, love cross fit cape cod, took over my sister membership year and a half ago, still here, love it, rockin the body in shape at my own speed, peace, christine mone cheers!!
