1 Minute Strict Pull Ups
Run 400
Each Round Is 6 Minutes rest the remaining time after the run.

    I didn’t know it was possible for me to be more winded than I usually am. I’ve been wiped out all day and I totally slogged through this one.
    One round with 55#, the rest with 35#, forgot my reps, best run 2:59 worst 3:10 I think.

    shoot I forgot my exact numbers…. I’m thinking 48 or 47 push press at 55#, 37 pull ups I think with green/blue, and my worst row time doing 500 meters was 2:20, best was 2:14, that’s ok though because I LOVE ROWING. No, really 😀

    I added the press and pull up reps together for a total of 90. I used 55# for 2 rounds, 45 for the last 2 rounds and a blue and purple band for the pull ups. 2 points for today.. I am so committed to this challenge!!!
