    I didn’t get a chance to tell everyone how amazing they did with that workout yesterday! You all worked so hard for the entire 25 minutes, it was a fun workout to coach and do! Have fun with the run today!!!

    Didn’t feel like driving to do a workout today – did my own fun run 1/2 on the canal and 1/2 trail run. Still feeling a little weak but it was good to get out – I think I need to up the fat in my diet

    Everyone did an awesome job today! We had some running out on the road (Tom found $20, Manny ran the farthest and did 6-7 miles). Had a big crew on the sled pulls with Bryce doing it in 43:41 and in fashionable style as well. Ann and Sarah decided to run three miles behind the box and then figured ah what the heck ill do a few sled pulls too! Great job everyone!

    3 mile run @30:17, first mile was 9:03 which is a 12 second pr…was a beautiful morning and of course Mason did awesome keeping us all motivated and organized.

    2 mile sled pull/run. Did a mile of each. 39:01. Very “fun” (it actually was). 2 points today.

    I did 2.36 miles in 24:43 at 10.27 min a mile. I felt strong and the speed is a p.r. for me. I have the road race next Sunday so this was a good confidence booster. Hoping to beat all my last times.
