    Ran a 61:40 for the road race today. I can honestly say I would have never thought to try to run it before crossfit. Thank you to all the coaches and fellow crossfitters. And here is to many years to come!

    Oh… And doing the WOD on Friday was probably a mistake. Quads are going to fall off.

    Did the road race today and got a PR, so I also have CrossFit to thank for that. If road race counts for a workout point, then 2 pts today. Otherwise, 1 pt for nutrition. Today was hard. I really wanted a cold beer after the race. I resisted though.
