CrossFit Cape Cod Workout Of The Day
10 Rounds
1 Minute On 1 Minute Off Rowing
The Goal Is 300m For Males 250 For Females Per Minute. Partner Up And Switch Each Minute For 20 Minutes, So That Each Person Can Do 10 Rounds.

    That was awful. I got a total of 2983. Andy killed it with a total of 3040.

    This was a tough wod. Everyone did a great job… A few to recognize… Lisa killed it for 10 rounds rowing over the 250 mark each time, Andy crushed it and Jon did well rowing by himself which is not easy. Good hard work by everyone.

    Did this one at home – not sure what my total was but my lowest was 253 and my best was 259
