I am so proud of the Community of awesome people at CrossFit Cape Cod. Collectively we raised over $1,000.00!!! Please read the following information from “Learn More” on CrossFit For Cures:

CrossFit, Inc. covers all administrative and clerical costs in this battle, which leverages your donation to its maximal effect.     Another fabulous Sunday at the box! Great pr’s on the overhead squats!!! The heat and humidity didn’t stop this crew on the sled pushes…they kept them moving for 12 minutes. Great teamwork!!
