    Great big crew today at the box! Everyone was really fighting for that depth on that ohs. It’s good to see people be smart about dropping weight to really work on form. Nice job today everyone.

    I did yesterday’s wod at 45:37- 10#/10′, 24″, 75/65.
    I think that wod falls into my top five on toughness. 400 reps was extremely tiring but glad I did it!
