    25 minutes (yup.) with 55#. Happy I didn’t take off weight, but that was a tough one.

    Jen I was so proud of how you stuck with it! We all have those days where it just doesn’t connect but you hung in there and didn’t let the bar beat you…you tackled the bar! Great job by all this morning on a tough wod!

    14:14, started at 65#, but I was done in by the strict press right off the bat. By the time I tried to attempt the overhead squat, I had to drop down in weight, so ended up with 45#. I probably should have just started at 55#, and I would have been ok. Oh well. 2 points today.
