We will start with 3 and 3 then go to 4 as a way to save time, then continue up the ladder on the minute until you are no longer able to continue.
As of Saturday Week One of the Look Feel and Perform Better, nutrition challenge is behind us! Please hand in your points for the week to myself or Sarah an we will be starting a scoreboard.
