    Ok, I splurged after the 90 day Challenge was over….time to go Paleo again. Starting tomorrow…anyone else in?

    Nicole. Mark and I have been strict all week except for the cream I had in my coffee when I was out today. Mark Is doing paleo/zone. I’m measuring my protein then adding as many veggies as I can without puking. I’m still eating paleo treats… I really need to stop! We have been cooking mass amounts of food and heating it as needed. It’s going well so far.
