    RX for the first rounds of presses, but the 115 nuked my slap tear so I jumped onto the run (did this at home in the garage, ran from my house to Loop Beach and back was awesome and sunny) and finished the last four sets of presses at 95#.

    21:37 with 95#. I’m content with this glad to get some shoulder work. Gonna continue working on my strict press. Tried to catch McGrail on that run but just didn’t have it when I came back up that hill on 151. Great job everyone.
