    Angie was fun to watch. I skipped that evil monster and did a 2K erg test and a modified version of Power Elizabeth from Friday.

    6:50.1 for the 2K
    7:00 for Elizabeth, 95# cleans and blue band “semi-” dips restricted by the old tennis elbow.
