27:43. Did the hand stand push ups for the first time in 5 months. Took just under 5 minutes. UGLY
27:04. Had to use the ledge for the HSPU but did everything else RX.
28:56- scaled HSPU with ledge and did 155 for deadlift
29:14 scaled deadlifts at 125 and did 100 du 200 singles
I scaled everything. 95# on the DL, 10# wall ball, 20″ box for the jumps and a combination of single and doubles. 23:30ish. Great wod! Fun 12:30 class!
31:18 10# wall ball and got down about 3″ on the HSPU’s-great wod. Those wall balls were rough!Great job everyone.
