    going back to yesterday – traci and i visited buffalo once and worked out in that gym. unfortunately we didn’t see the animal that got his first muscle up, but we did see a bunch of nice and welcoming CFers. visiting an out of town gym is a fun experience – i would strongly recommend.

    42 row 4, squat 16, pull up 6 w band, push up 3, sit up 13. I found squats the hardest too. Feeling them today
