going back and forth on determining if it’s awesome or pathetic that traci and i rallied a babysitter to do active recovery tomorrow….
just remembered when we did a “couples” active recovery a couple years ago. not sure what sarah and shanna were up to that night, but i’ll never forget mark and bryce teaming up for some great stretching.
good times.

Measured out 1/2 mile and did this one at home. No idea how long it took me but made me realize again how out of shape I am!!! Motivation to continue 🙂
After a four mile walk this morning, the crossfit WOD, active recovery, which I totally enjoyed, then another walk, I’m feeling happy and tired. Great day!

Sundays report: Jon Bryce and Derek did Saturdays wod with rowing 1000m. Jon and Bryce finished at 21:34, Derek 21:55. Andy ran it 200m by 4. Finished just over 22. Al worked double unders for an hour. Got em, with a pr of 20 straight. Rob worked the barbell complex from Wednesday, Liz did Tuesdays wod modified for 5 rounds
wednesday’s wod, that’d been amazing if I could have done that tuesday!
