CrossFit Cape Cod Workout Of The Day

Every 2 Minutes For 20 Minutes

4 Handstand Push-ups 
6 Pistols
8 Toes To Bar

If you can’t complete each round before the 2 minutes do as many rounds possible in 20 minutes. Otherwise this is done as 10 rounds, each one starts every 2 minutes.

    Didn’t make it today but walked the cape cod rail trail in Brewster with the kids approximately 4 miles, the kids had roller skates/blades on and I pulled them for about 3 miles lol
