Run 200 If You Break The Plank Position

I foresee a lot of running in my future!!
So for the sake of not running 30 times I scaled like crazy. Red band for pull-ups, ran after every 10 push-ups and did wall balls normal. 25:19. Really fun!
Great 7:00am class. You all did an awesome job! Lots of running for most. Just think of it as an added bonus to all the pull ups, push ups, and wall balls you did!

Did the WOD but rowed, 15 something. I’ll admit I didn’t row 2 times when I just plain didn’t want to- I think I owe 50 burpees!
