    14:37 – 65# for the c&j and I did singles (100 – 80 – 60 etc). Great 7am class. Thanks Mason for a fun warmup!

    Good work 7 am class. This was a fun wod.
    Got 90 doubles unbroken this morning a new pr, ran 3 miles and did the wod in 13:12 with 75#.
