    4 rnds + 7 c2b, this was tough. I did the 225 DL, knowing I was going to do neg hspu’s. which I did with 15#plate and 1 mat. Struggled on my c2b’s, just couldn’t get a good string going. My shoulders are still sore. Big time mobility today and tomorrow to work out the kinks in the shoulder.
