    I ended up at a lake for a BBQ had steak and salad and watermelon after I did 3 Rounds for Time of 50 squats swim 100 meters ish. 10:35
    Cravings subsided a lot today and I didn’t feel like falling asleep in the afternoon. Headed in the right direction!

    No points today… Company this weekend, buuuuutttttttt, I made paleo crackers! & hummus. Crackers were almond meal, egg whites, touch of salt. Going to flavor them more next time (maybe pepper, maybe dill, garlic…endless options really) & I soaked cashews (1st time) & made a ‘humus’. Fresh garlic, lemon, olive & coconut oil, channel pepper, fresh red peppers, spices. It was delightful! Good to remember!
