    Killer WOD. Glad that’s behind me now. I’m unable to make the nutrition challenge meeting..,will u b posting rules? I already weighed in.

    Focused on taking short breaks and being consistent. 6# wall ball, 20″ box, knees to almost-elbows, blue & red bands on chest to bar, 45# on c & j, and 35# snatch. Finished around 45 mins? I forgot as soon as you told me, Mason.

    53:18 (slightly over the time cap). Did 50 double unders, and then switched to 70 singles. 14# wall ball, 20″ box, high knees instead of T2B, green and blue band for pull ups, 65# clean and jerk, 55# snatch.

    51:30, yea went past the time cap. singles for jump roping, 6# wall balls, 65# clean jerk, 35# snatch, green band on c2b, the rest was Rx.

    That was hard!! 53:28 RX except snatch, did 65.

    43:18 (thanks for letting me jump in after the class had started, Mark) 10# wall ball, 20″ box (first 30 were step ups), 5 toes to bar, then the rest were knee raises, blue/red for chest to bar, 45# for both clean and jerk and snatch. Ready for some clean eating!!!!
