    All of you that wodded today took this wod by the horns and beat it down. Great job by all. Note to mark: consensus by all that 3 rnds would have been sufficient! Lol

    Partnered with Erin and she was an inspiration. I knew I was in trouble on the first sled push. Dropped the 45# weight and survived the other 4 rounds. Whew that was tough. So glad some of you got to meet my twin sister, Kathy today.
