    Awesome Sarah! 19:59 with blue and red band, but added purple last two rounds. Trying to work my way down on those bands!

    Great 8 am class. 24:16. I am stilling doing rings instead of pullups…….but I am looking forward to making that leap soon.

    Those lunges were rough!!! 22 something I think. Forgot to write it down. Did it all RX’d although I tore up my hand pretty good on the 6’s so the 3’s were a bit lacking in height:) great job everyone:)

    16:28. I switched to ring rows 1/2 way through the 12s because my hand are ready to shred. Fun Wod though. JOJO I was so glad I got to do this. Thanks for working out with me!
