Nutrition Challenge Basics

Sign Up In The Comments Or In Person At C3
We will divide the participants into even support groups led by coaches. The entry cost is 20$ 
All the details will be explained by the group coach. 
We start Friday, January 3rd, this gives everyone a chance to sign up and for the groups to be formed. We will release updates and do weekly challenges as we head to the final day, February 1st. The coaches all look forward to working with you to start 2014 out as a healthier, fitter you! Scoring update will be released on Friday, day 1.

    Was so excited and nervous doing the filthy. Last time i did It, i was one month into Crossfit and had to scale.

    Today- 32:18 filthy fifty with 100 jump ropes and “12 box w 45
    Plate. Everything else RX. Signed up for the nutrition challenge too. Excited!!! Great way to start the new year! Thanks mark and Sara!!

    The filthy fifty was a great way to start 2014. It was nice to see so many people out for it.
    28:58 a PR for me. I scaled wall ballot 10 lb and push press 25 lb. I felt great today.

    2014 – Yeah!

    In for the Challenge – Forget the exact time on the WOD, but wrote it on that spectacular Challenge board. I do know that it was about 6 minutes off a PR. Speaking of Filthy Fifty – not many know this, but ironically Jon’s coed intramural Water Polo club at Westfield State College went by the same name…

    In response to question from previous post: 2013 was OK fitness-wise. Pretty much worked out 1-3 times/week on average. Did 2 marathons though, so some credit is owed to the CF workouts that i did do. Nutrition was poor though – and that is the reasoning for the weight loss goal in the upcoming challenge, which has a fantastic poster board, by the way.

    I’m in for the challenge. I’m looking forward to detoxing a little after the holidays. Today was an especially challenging WOD for me, and I just want to thank everyone who cheered me on through my burpees. I almost didn’t finish the WOD because I was embarrassed that I had to stop for a bit, but when you all were cheering for me, it reminded me that there is nothing to be embarrassed about. This community is awesome.
