Nutrition Challenge 2.0 Results

Everyone was outstanding, but unfortunately not everyone can take the top spot. It was actually very close all the way through 6th place! It was a really tough call and I hope everyone is very proud of themselves, because you should be!
Congratulations To, Summer, Overall Winner!!! Summer Scored the highest points possible and had and 82(!!!) rep Pr on the benchmark WOD.

Some highlights were that Everyone finished with Pr’s on the Benchmark WOD by 30 reps or more!  On the low end weightloss was 3-5lbs and on the high end 13lbs in one month! 
The feedback was all positive with comments from the participants such as:
“I feel much stronger and am down a bunch of inches!”
“Since joining crossfit I am now down a total of 17 pounds and am hoping for another 10 before my cruise in September 🙂

I would have.   I’m addicted now.  Sometime I have to fight myself to take 2 days off!!!”

    Small class at 6am great job~ it was hard to watch the clock so I only recorded my first sprint @ 18sec
