What To Eat:
Eat Protein from Meat
Eat Healthy Fat From Approved Oils
Avocado, Nuts Etc.
Eat Some Fruit
Eat Little Starch like No More Than 1 Serving a Day Of Sweet Potato
Eliminate for the 30 days:
I will be giving everyone interested in the challenge a list of foods to use as a guide for the 30 days.
I know there will be plenty of questions so post them to the comments and we will get back to you.
3 Points For Perfect Adherence (Not as hard it it might sound.)
2 Points For 1 Minor Deviation (Cream in my coffee OR a square of chocolate OR a glass of red wine.)
1 Point “1 Of My Meals was non paleo.” (Slice of Pizza, but rest of the day was on point.)
