Nutrition Challenge 1.0

If you want to be sick fat and generally unhealthy-the pyramid on the left is a great blueprint! If you want to optimize health, performance, and body composition-join us for the choice on the right for the Next 30 Days!

That’s right, the first of 3, 30 Day nutrition challenges is only 4 days away! We will start on Monday January 7th!


What To Eat:
Eat Protein from Meat
Eat Veggies
Eat Fruit
Eat Healthy Fat From Approved Oils
Avocado, Nuts Etc.
Eat Some Fruit
Eat Little Starch like No More Than 1 Serving a Day Of Sweet Potato

Eliminate for the 30 days:

SUGAR
GRAINS
DAIRY
LEGUMES


I will be giving everyone interested in the challenge a list of foods to use as a guide for the 30 days. 

I know there will be plenty of questions so post them to the comments and we will get back to you.

POINTS:

3 Points For Perfect Adherence (Not as hard it it might sound.)

2 Points For 1 Minor Deviation (Cream in my coffee OR a square of chocolate OR a glass of red wine.)

1 Point “1 Of My Meals was non paleo.” (Slice of Pizza, but rest of the day was on point.)

0 Points: 
“I drank the bottle of wine and ate the whole pizza, and spent the rest of the day crying in the corner because I now think it must be impossible for anyone to ever love me.”

The cost to participate is 20$ There will be prizes for the winners. Please sign up as soon as possible so that we can partner people up and announce the challenge we will present!

    Ok, so, no cheese and no butter? Do we have to keep a food journal for you to look over at the end? And no butter right? Will Superbowl Sunday be a cheat day or will that be the day I’m crying in the corner with my plate of cheese and bacon potato skins that I’m fat and no one will love me? Really, no cheese?! What is the deal with the partnering up? Is it just for support do you have something else up your sleeve? Ok, no cheese and no butter. For 30 days. NO PROBLEM!!!! I so got this ‘cuz I did a 90 day one and that was smooth sailing……after the crying about no cheese and butter of course lol. Sign me up!

    Yes I want to be healthy! As I’m sitting here coughing up a lung and remembering the nasty garlic concoction Sarah forced me to take today with the promise of getting better. Lol. I’m already crying in a corner so what’s another 30 days?!

    I am in!! I read it starts with food and now I’m really excited to give this a shot!!! Elvira is also in. I’m also wondering about the whole partnering up thing….how will this work? Any thoughts on starting a new post for people to post recipes throughout the challenge? I’m anticipating relying on those that have done this for advice! Yay!!
