I think my time was 11:47rx… means absolutely nothing to me considering my goal was 8min.

Fun day at C3! Great Work Everybody!
i was off cape all day so i didn’t get to make it in but I did this at home on my own with a 15 lb dumbell. did it in 17:45.
19:29 subbed burpees for hrpu’s… Pr’d by 3:06. I attribute that to being in the a/c.
i should have looked up the 1 pood conversion to lbs so I could have done the weight closer to rx. oops!
As far as I know it was! You guys were fast!
