“Tabata This!”
Row (Cal.)
Rest 1 Minute
Air Squats
Rest 1 Minute
Pull Ups
Rest 1 Minute
Push Ups
Rest 1 Minute
Sit Ups

Tabata is 8 rounds of :20 sec work, :10 sec rest

In this workout combine the scores of your lowest intervals from each movement.

    Kristin has been around since year 1 and continues to make progress an inspire us all. If you are ever in a slump or lacking motivation talk to her. She was headed down a scary path health wise but took full control, turned her life around and has become a healthy woman. Great job Kristin. You are inspiring and a great example for all.
