    A. 4:29 side facing burpees because of class size.
    B. 1MU, 95# I alternated evens and odds emom. Snatch balance felt good and solid but the muscle ups were slow couldn’t link two. probably due to the fact i feel like a swollen tick. Great to be back at it and get really focused!!

    Did hips to rings (thanks Mark!) and worked up to 35# on the balance even/odd minutes…So shaky after that wod…

    Well this was only 1/2 the nightmare of 14.5!

    Part b. worked from the ground into the rings and started with 35 then moved to 45 on the snatch. Felt dizzy… Really need to focus on hydrating much more during the day!
    Nice time Allan. It’s like you never vacationed!!
