14:58 but can’t do toes to bar and I’m sure my burpee form was lacking……trained for the bench press portion of the competition afterwards.
Strange……I don’t feel like being hospitalized after that workout. 16:32. Looking forward to the moment my toes actually touch the bar.

You did so great Jen! After a weeks rest thought I would have more in me. 15:12 had to go down to 3 t2b cause the minute went fast.
What competition, Raider Rose? How do I get in the loop on these things?
First day back after a small break – 14:55 with 100 burpees but 3 toes in the air instead of 5 t2b. A few of the early ones even got close to the bar!
Oh it’s just a power lifting competition not associated with Crossfit specifically. 🙂
10::35 but went to 3T2b halfway through.
I would be down with that!
