Followed By

5 Rounds
10 Pistols (5 ea. side)
20 Weghted Sit Ups 25lb Plate or Dumbell On Chest
Run 200m
Rest 1 minute between rounds

3.
Post WOD Challenge

Practice Splits for 4 Minutes Per Side
