    Did the masters WOD 1/2. 9 thrusters and 2 rds plus 1 pullup. Not great numbers, I know – but those are the first pullups without a band since my neck injury. Nettie’s a happy girl 🙂 35 burpees done – not sure if it was 34 or 35 so I did 35 just in case.
