16:13 10# wall ball.
about 15 minutes – did WOD at home and subbed air squats since I don’t have a wall ball………or 10 ft ceilings lol
19:24 RX. Those push ups were 1 at a time after round 1!
15:24rx- pushups got TOUGH!

17:36 rx 10 foot wall ball. Struggled like crazy.
12:29 Rx- shoulders burning
9:04….felt good on the push ups and better than normal on the dreaded wall balls….much better.when I catch it high
18:10 using a box for push ups (scaled down to 15 part way through) and 10# wall ball
