6 rounds plus 2 c2b (scaled), 5:37 on the sit-ups. I think 2 more pull-ups and a few spots on each hand would have torn!!
5 Rounds-Can’t quite call those ring L-Sits Rx’d. Good Skill work though!
4 rounds plus 8 (scaled); 7:04 situps (10# ball).
4 rounds plus 15- switched to a band thought it would save my hands! L sit ring holds were extremely hard for me!!
