I chose Jen Heinlein for her hard work and determination and dedication to the workouts and healthy living. She told me last week that CrossFit has ‘taken over her life!’ She is an inspiration to all of us and we are so proud of all of your accomplishments! Keep Up The Good Work!

    On another note, I would like to say it was a pleasure and honor to compete in the Garage Games this weekend with Renee, Sarah Sprague and Ivy! You all worked so hard and did an amazing job!
