    36:08, used 24″ box, 1 pd KB, 45# push press, 14# WB; couldn’t get all knees to elbows, so I did a lot of high knees, like probably 49 high knees and 1 knee to elbow. Burpees were killer. When I got to burpee #14, I was pretty sure I was done, but somehow made it through. Great job today everyone!

    36:18 I think. 20″ box jumps, blue KB, high knees, 35# push presses, 10# wall ball, and 100 singles. First filthy 50 in the books! Thanks for the push during the burpees Mark, I definitely needed it.
