23:20 Pretty tough little WOD
Did wall ball twists for sit-ups, used the 16# to the 10′. I took it easy with those, so I wouldn’t over extend much. Did strict c2b but at the end it got tough. I can string a couple of hspu’s. I’m down to one mat now. Still a work in progress.Nice job guys on this one!!
22:31 Rx that was a wicked tough out of breath…. but feel great now.! As always Josh great pushing each other!!!did the dips we missed on saturday! felt better than expect. all set unbroken and i have trouble on the ring dips, though it was just cause I’m fat but it must be. stability being closer to my body maybe this is why i go so wide in MU’s I’m stronger a little wider?? I will be dwelling on this tonight. Great Job guys!! Mason your a true psycho (in a good way)!! And I will mildly consider your rest advise from here on out.(just for the record)
