    Suggestion for next weeks challenge: closing the zip-lock seal on your progenex bag. For five cheat days.

    The problem is that getting it sealed is enough of a workout that you need a progenex afterward. It’s a vicious enough cycle that you could go through the whole bag in 1 sitting.
