“It’s only pain, Buddy!”

That was a great response that, Jared, said with a smile to a first-timer today for the Wod that we named just that. That’s a great distinguishing factor of a crossfitter as opposed to someone who seeks the easy way out and looks for the quick fix. We know it’s just not going to happen without the motivation and intensity we get from our workouts- and quite frankly we kind of enjoy the suffering that comes from these workouts.

I’d like to hear what you think. Post to comments- what makes a person do a programm like CrossFit?

    Yes it is only pain. It will get better. My first workout I was in so much pain I could not lift or walk without wanting to cry. I’m only on my fourth workout and the pain has gotten drastically better. I’m only a little sore after workout. Stretching is definitely key for me, before and after workout. It only takes a few minutes but makes a world of difference. What a difference in even a week. I feel great, and have a ton of energy. If I feel this great after a week I can’t imagine how i’ll feel in a month!!!
