It’s Back…

Wel,l today was the end of our Basic training. All in all, it went really well. I know some have been sick and missed some sessions, but not to worry we will review this weekend and again as warm ups throughout the coming weeks. I hope everyone found it useful and was able to make improvement in the various lifts and movements.

It can be done, for that matter it can be done pretty quickly…

    What a great workout today! The ladies really brought their all to the “Chipper!” Jon was amazing in his WOD as well!

    Danielle, I loved the determination you displayed as you worked through the movements. Keep it up!

    Nice job leading the pack today Liz! Glad to see you back on your game. I know that I sometimes have a day, or days, where I just can’t give it my all, but I think that holds true for all of us.

    Sarah, 4 seconds, really?! We’ll see what tomorrow holds! HA, HA, HA…
